1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Our Services
We provide repair and custom upholstery services including, but not limited to:
Truck and tractor seat repairs // ATV, Quad and Motorcycle Seats
Boat seat reupholstery and custom covers
Winterfronts and grill covers
Kitchen chair and furniture and antique restoration
Commercial and Industrial
All orders must be confirmed via email prior to product drop-off. Drop-offs without prior written confirmation may not be accepted.
3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change upon physical inspection of the product or due to changes in materials or labour required. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
A third deposit may be required before work begins, especially on custom orders.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before pickup or delivery.
We accept Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa and e-transfer to quote@sewline.ca
Late payments may be subject to interest or storage fees.
5. Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to material availability, project complexity, or seasonal demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or force majeure.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, no refunds are provided for completed work unless it is defective or not as described.
7. Warranty & Liability
We offer a limited 30-day workmanship warranty on completed work unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Customer-supplied materials
Improper use or storage
Modifications made after delivery
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship and shall not exceed the original cost of the service provided.
Select materials have a limited warranty available through the manufacturer; we need to be made aware of any defects, and we can contact the suppliers for information; however, labour may not be covered.
8. Product Drop-Off & Pickup
All products must be scheduled for drop-off via email in advance.
We are not responsible for items left without proper intake documentation.
Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may incur a $5/day storage fee and may be considered abandoned after 60 days.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect and store only the information necessary to process orders and communicate with our clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Sewline Upholstery Ltd. and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
Users agree not to use this site to:
Violate laws or regulations
Submit false or misleading information
Transmit viruses or malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access to this website or its data
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
